The participants will be selected to be representative of as much of the regional diversity as possible. Members and youth leader candidates from our own organisation and local area will be prioritized, but we always include at least one participant from one of our national partners, and partner NGO’s in our local network. Motivation, representative diversity, gender balance, and need of opportunity, will be criteria of selection.
